About Us

Last reviewed: July 12, 2026 · FindNetworth Editorial Team

FindNetworth is an independent publication that researches and tracks the net worth of celebrities, athletes, musicians, business figures and public personalities. Every figure we publish is traceable to a real source, dated, and reviewed by an editor before it goes live — and this page tells you exactly who we are and how we work.

FindNetworth in one minute

  • Independent — no celebrity, agent or brand can pay to change a figure
  • Original research from official records, filings and established publications
  • Every figure labelled as an estimate, dated, and listed with its sources
  • Errors fixed openly under a published Corrections Policy

Our story

FindNetworth was founded in 2026 to fix a problem anyone can see: search any celebrity’s net worth and you will find the same number repeated across dozens of websites — with no source attached to any of them. One site publishes a figure, others copy it, and repetition makes it look “confirmed”. Nobody can say where the number came from, when it was true, or whether it was ever true.

We decided to do the opposite, even though it is slower: research every profile from primary material, publish the sources with the figure, date every page, and correct mistakes in public. That single decision — no source, no figure — shapes everything else on this site.

How we find information

Research is carried out by our reporter, who works from primary material rather than from other websites:

  • Official websites and verified profiles — what the person has publicly confirmed themselves
  • Company filings and public records — SEC filings, court documents, property records
  • League and team data — published salaries, contracts and prize money
  • On-record interviews — what the subject has said about their own earnings
  • Established publications — Reuters, AP, Bloomberg, Forbes, cited article by article

The full source-priority standard, with the reasoning behind each level, is published in How We Calculate Net Worth.

How we verify it

  1. Cross-check. Every key fact — a salary, a stake, a sale — is checked against at least two independent sources wherever possible. When credible sources disagree, the profile says so and shows the range.
  2. Editorial review. An editor reviews every draft against our Editorial Policy before publishing: every figure must carry a source, and every claim must be written as what it is — fact, estimate or reported claim.
  3. Dating. Every profile shows when it was last updated. Wealth changes; an undated number is a meaningless number.
  4. Corrections. If we get something wrong, we fix it under our Corrections Policy — significant fixes are noted on the page itself.

What we never publish

  • Figures copied from other net-worth aggregator sites
  • Rumours, anonymous claims and unsourced social media posts
  • AI-generated numbers with no underlying source
  • Sponsored figures — if we ever run sponsored content, it will be clearly labelled

Who runs FindNetworth

The site is edited by Adam Reed, who founded FindNetworth in 2026 and signs off every profile before it goes live. He works with the site’s reporter, who gathers the raw material — records, filings, league data and on-record statements — that every figure is built from.
